Health coaching is an approach to working with individuals to support health and wellbeing. It helps clients develop goals and strategies to reach their goals. Beyond the narrow focus of simply diet or exercise, it aims to encompass physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual health and wellbeing.

Individuals may have particular areas that they are seeking support with such as weight concerns or stress, or others may simply “want to be healthier”. Additionally, it can help to support individuals living with chronic or terminal health issues or illnesses to create a life that helps them face and manage the daily challenges that these things present, and to enhance overall wellbeing and quality of life.
