What is Life Coaching?

Life coaching – whether it is personal, health, study or another area of coaching – is a way to support you to make changes and move in the direction of your choice. It asks the question “where are you now? where would you like to be?” It aims to help support and motivate you to create and reach your goals in manageable steps, with a cheer squad and sounding board available to you along the way. Life coaching is ‘forward looking’ as opposed to heavily exploring past.
